DYNAMIC ULTRA MICRO HARDNESS TESTER
Shimadzu Dynamic Ultra Micro Hardness System is used for measuring the material strength of micro regions, such as very thin films and surface layers that are not addressed by conventional hardness testers. This instrument measures the dynamic indentation depth, not the indentation after the test. The acquired data is used to calculate the elastic modulus on the test specimens.
