Powder Tester (PT2C)
The OCS Powder Tester (PT2C) is a sophisticated instrument that can analyze powdery materials for impurities and color deviations. It uses a vibration plate to spread the powder out evenly, and then a color matrix camera to detect any foreign objects or color discrepancies.
The PT2C can also be equipped with an optional sorting system that removes contaminated powder from the bulk. This makes it ideal for use in quality control and process optimization applications.
