DSR-M Dissolution Sampling Robot
The DSR-M Dissolution Sampling Robot is an advanced automation system designed for precise sample handling and transfer in dissolution testing workflows. It is specifically engineered for use with 6- to 14-vessel dissolution baths, enabling accurate, reproducible, and time-controlled sampling in both routine quality control and advanced research applications.
The system allows samples to be collected at very short and accurately defined time intervals, ensuring high-resolution dissolution profiles. In addition to sampling, the DSR-M can be configured to perform on-line sample dilution and preparation for subsequent UV-Visible or HPLC analysis, significantly improving laboratory efficiency and reducing manual handling errors.
The DSR-M also supports dissolution medium replenishment in compliance with USP and EP requirements for volume loss compensation, ensuring full regulatory adherence during testing. Its flexible modular design makes it suitable for integration into a wide range of dissolution testing systems.
