DIST-3 Disintegration Tester
The DIST-3 is a manual three-basket disintegration testing instrument designed for routine pharmaceutical quality control and laboratory applications. It is manufactured in accordance with USP <701/2040>, EP <2.9.1>, JP, and other major pharmacopeia standards for the accurate determination of disintegration time for tablets, capsules, and other solid oral dosage forms.
The system is ideal for manual testing environments where reliable and straightforward operation is required. It supports temperature-controlled testing conditions and provides clear time monitoring through a digital LED display, with automatic stop functionality at the end of each test run.
Built with a GMP-compliant stainless-steel housing, the DIST-3 ensures durability, easy cleaning, and suitability for pharmaceutical laboratory environments. Exchangeable baskets allow flexibility for different sample types, including standard and larger dosage forms.
