The Vibratory Feeder LABORETTE 24 ensures automatic, uniform feeding of free-flowing materials into sample dividers, mills, mixers, and other laboratory instruments. Controlled by a microprocessor, vibrations move material from the funnel through either a V-shaped or U-shaped stainless steel channel. The V-shaped channel provides a narrow, directed feed between 1 and 1,500 g/min, while the U-shaped channel offers a wider, uniform feed from 5 to 2,500 g/min. Both channels allow precise adjustment of flow rate and vibration amplitude for consistent feeding, even of very small quantities. The feeder is safe, reliable, and easy to clean.
