The ANALYSETTE 3 SPARTAN is the compact counterpart to the ANALYSETTE 3 PRO, designed for all common laboratory sieving tasks. It features optical amplitude adjustment during operation and includes the practical FRITSCH EASYTWIST sieve stack tensioning system. The device supports automatic evaluation of sieve analysis via the comprehensive FRITSCH AUTOSIEVE software. Suitable for quantitative particle size analysis of solids and suspensions, it performs dry or wet sieving with woven test sieves. The system operates as a classic shaking sieve, using an electromagnetic drive to oscillate the sieve stack vertically, propelling material upward and forcing it through the sieve mesh. Additionally, the ANALYSETTE 3 SPARTAN can be quickly converted into a micro mill for fine grinding of dry samples or solids in suspension, as well as for homogenizing emulsions or pastes.
