Phenom Perception GSR Desktop SEM

SEM EDX gunshot residue analysis with desktop SEM

The Phenom Perception GSR desktop SEM simplifies forensic gunshot residue (GSR) analysis through its fully automated system. This unique solution integrates user-friendly Phenom XL SEM hardware with dedicated GSR analysis and classification software, along with precise elemental identification via EDS. Automating the detection and analysis of GSR particles, including traditional (Pb, Sb, Ba) and lead-free (Ti, Zn) primers, the system dramatically increases efficiency. Its intuitive software provides comprehensive reporting, complies with ASTM E1588 and ENFSI standards, and allows for easy review of stored SEM images and EDS data, enhancing reliability and user experience.
