Temperature Chambers - TCE-N300A
Thermostatic chambers can replicate real-world temperature environments to discover new material characteristics. By controlling the temperature in the test space, thermostatic chambers allow tensile, bending, and compression testing under various temperature conditions. This is important as market demand for testing in practical environments is increasing. Thermostatic chambers are used to test a wide range of materials, including rubber, plastics, automotive parts, and composite materials.

FEATURES
- With TRAPEZIUMX-V software, users can easily control the temperature in the thermostatic chamber and collect data for analysis.
- The thermostatic chamber can be used to control temperatures from -70°C to 300°C, with liquid nitrogen gas spray control used for the low-temperature region.
- The thermostatic chamber can reach set temperatures quickly. It takes approximately 25 minutes to heat up to 300°C and approximately 25 minutes to cool down to -70°C.
- Elongation can be measured from 50 to 200°C with the addition of the optional video extensometer.
- The new stand with rails makes it easy to position the thermostatic chamber in the testing space. The optional TCE positioning device for stands with casters can also be used for added flexibility.
