Dynamic experimentation is supported through in situ capabilities like heating, cooling, and environmental SEM (ESEM) modes for real-time observation. Flexible vacuum modes (High Vacuum and optional Low Vacuum/ESEM) allow analysis of non-conductive or wet samples without extensive preparation. Intuitive elemental analysis is integrated via Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) with ChemiSEM technology for fast, reliable elemental mapping.
