Therefore we believe in regularly training our team of engineers, both in-house and at our principals' facilities to ensure that they are well qualified.

We also maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts, proper tools and equipment in our Service Centre to ensure a quality back-up service in terms of fast response and effective repairs, thus minimizing equipment downtime. Our integrity is the most important aspect of our support philosophy in gaining your trust in us for safeguarding your investments over the entire lifespan of your equipment.

Installation, Commissioning & Training

To ensure the successful installation and commissioning of your equipment, our support team will engage you on your specific application requirement, advise on utilities and space planning and execute a thorough risk assessment for a smooth and safe installation.
Training on the optimal usage of your equipment will be conducted, which includes operation, user interface & test sample familiarization as well as general maintenance.
We also offer a wide range of training programs tailored to your applications including standard or customized curriculum.
Training materials and competence testing and certification will be provided to the trainees to ensure they are ready to work with the equipment on their own.

Relocation & Upgrading Service

Many aspects need to be considered in the event that you require a relocation or upgrading of your equipment in order to avoid damage, assure the highest accuracy of the equipment upon re-start up and to achieve optimal performance.
